We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be part of our Mid Market prospecting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cold‑calling, turning prospects into new opportunities, and is the first point of contact driving new business for our Mid Market vertical.

Resi Media, LLC is a privately held technology company broadcasting content for thousands of organizations around the globe. We provide ultra‑reliable live streaming to physical venues and web destinations over a standard internet connection. We have a high satisfaction rate in the media industry.

Required Schedule

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time. Ideal candidate should be commutable to our Allen, Texas office.

Location

Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX or remote in AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA.

What You’ll Do
  • KPI/metric‑driven role with a quota and constant monitoring on performance.
  • Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to qualify churches.
  • Make at least 55 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.
  • Schedule 1‑2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives with a high conversion rate of at least 85%.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their community engagement challenges.
  • Identify and present how Resi can help.
  • Use software such as Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline.
  • Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In) and understanding of social selling.
  • Work with a team of like‑minded individuals to achieve targets.
  • Some familiarity with an ABM “go‑to‑market” strategy is helpful.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience working with churches is recommended and preferred.
  • Sales experience talking over the phone; courteous, well‑spoken, curious, and good at asking questions.
  • Ability to connect prospects’ business needs to Resi’s SaaS solutions.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google platforms (Salesforce and Outreach are a plus).
  • Positive outlook and resilience with your team and customers.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Preferred Education And Experience
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience.
  • High school graduate (or holder of an equivalent degree) with a BS/BA preferred.

Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. The role is largely sedentary but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
