Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support onsite visitor logistics, badge management, and meeting coordination for a client of ours in Allentown, PA. This position is responsible for ensuring all guests follow facility security protocols, safety regulations, and cGMP requirements while supporting daily front-desk and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Create/manage visitor badges; verify identity and required screenings
• Maintain accurate visitor logs
• Escort visitors through approved areas; ensure PPE and site rules are followed
• Coordinate conference room scheduling and catering; set up/reset meeting spaces

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years in reception, hospitality, security, or coordination
• Strong communication/customer service skills; comfortable with calendars/software
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
• Pharma/biotech experience a plus (not required)
