- 2 Locations based in New Jersey. Hackettstown and Chester.
- Over 50 Years in business with 20 Employees
- 5 Physicians and 2 APP's on Staff
- Base Salary: $230K - $250000.00
- Production Bonuses Available

- 6 Weeks of total PTO (Time Off, Holidays, and CME)
- Strong Management Infrastructure in Place. Group has had the same leadership since 1999 handling all admin and staffing duties for the practice.

- Location:
Hackettstown, NJ (1hr from Allentown) - Internal Medicine Physician
- 100% Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Setting
- Typical Volume: 20-22 patients per day
- M-F Schedule 9-5pm. One day per week staying until 7pm.
- Weekend Call:
Cover 9am - 1pm every third Saturday. - Call by phone is 1:3 for evenings.
- 2 Other Internal Med physicians and 3 Pediatricians on Staff
- Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
- Provide high-value care consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.
- Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine
- Ability to have a New Jersey State Medical License
