Porter + Guide Wealth Management is seeking a Workplace Retirement Advisor to spearhead the development and delivery of retirement plan advisory services for employer-sponsored plans. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement, ensuring that businesses and their employees receive exceptional guidance on retirement planning and fiduciary responsibilities. The ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with the Porter + Guide mission is essential to the role.

The ideal candidate will possess genuine care for clients, have a desire to learn and grow within the financial industry, and enjoy building relationships.

Workplace Retirement Advisor Position **

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a leadership position required; experience in a professional services role, preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a service line from the ground up and a successful track record of building new and strengthening existing relationships in a business setting
• Previous experience in the wealth management industry, retirement or financial services industry, a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential
• Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
