As a Registered Nurse

You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring our team of nurses, providing education and training to ensure they are equipped to deliver the best possible care.

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as necessary
• Lead and mentor our team of nurses, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge
