* Candidates must meet at least one of the following experience criteria:

** Law Enforcement

Experience:

** A minimum of 1 year of experience in law enforcement.

** Security Supervisor/Manager

Experience:

** A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the security field.

** Security

Experience:

** A minimum of 3 years of experience in a security-related position.

In addition to the experience criteria, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Familiarity with access control systems and badge issuance processes.

+  
** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):
** Experience in monitoring and responding to alarm systems.

+  
** Computer/Tablet Proficiency (B204):
** Comfort and proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks and reporting.

+  
** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a residential care setting.

+ Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, resident areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access control procedures, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate site contacts.

+ Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
