** Allentown, PA** , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

** Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour*
* To be considered for employment  candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

** Option 1:
** A minimum of 1 year of law enforcement experience.

+  
** Option 2:
** A minimum of 2 years of experience in a security supervisor or manager role.

+  
** Option 3:
** A minimum of 3 years of experience in a security-related position.

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
** Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm monitoring, response protocols, and troubleshooting alarm system issues.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications, email communication, and data entry.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates must possess strong customer service skills. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.

+ Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and other security-related observations.

* + Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control/badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
