Candidates must meet at least one of the following experience criteria:

+  
** Law Enforcement

Experience:

** A minimum of 1 year of experience in law enforcement.

+  
** Security Supervisor/Manager

Experience:

** A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the security field.

+  
** General Security

Experience:

** A minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry.

In addition to the experience criteria, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Familiarity with access control systems and badge issuance processes.

+  
** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):
** Experience in monitoring and responding to alarm systems.

+  
** Computer/Tablet Proficiency (B204):
** Comfort and proficiency in using computers or tablets for various tasks, including data entry and communication.

+  
** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service, with the ability to interact positively with clients and the public.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and document incidents according to site procedures.

+ Communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
