** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for personnel and guests.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.

+ Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and observations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
