** Valid Driver's License
** Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123).

** Access Control/Badge Experience
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management (B201).

** Alarm Panel Experience
** Familiarity with alarm panel operations is required (B202).

+  
** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
** Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for various tasks (B204).

** CPR Certification
** A valid CPR certification is mandatory for all candidates (B205).

+  
** Customer Service Experience
** Candidates should have relevant experience in customer service roles (B219).

+  
** Ability to Lift More Than 20 lbs
** Candidates must be physically capable of lifting items weighing more than 20 lbs (B209).

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting activities according to site requirements.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report access-related issues to the appropriate personnel.

+ Observe and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced corporate environment.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
