As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, greet visitors, and support a welcoming environment. You will use computer or tablet systems to document activity, communicate clearly with site personnel, and help to deter incidents through a visible presence.

Technical Proficiency:

Candidates must demonstrate comfort and proficiency in using a computer or tablet, specifically in the following areas:

** Email Communication:
** Candidates should be able to send, receive, and manage emails effectively. This includes understanding how to attach documents, use CC/BCC fields, and respond to emails in a professional manner.

** Online Applications:
** Candidates must be able to navigate online application systems, fill out forms accurately, and submit required documents electronically.

** Virtual Interviews:
** Candidates should be comfortable using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for virtual interviews, including managing audio and video settings.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor and control access points by verifying identification, authorizing entry in accordance with site procedures, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining access logs.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, business facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and support food and beverage operations.

+ Document daily activities, visitor traffic, access-control concerns, and incidents accurately in required reports.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
