BNSF Railway - [Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician] As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at BNSF Railway, you'll:
Maintain and repair critical machinery across various locations, ensuring operational efficiency and safety by minimizing equipment downtime;
Maintain and repair the fleet of equipment operated by BNSF;
Disassemble, repair, modify, manufacture, overhaul, and troubleshoot roadway maintenance equipment;
Operate equipment and use a variety of manual, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools, as well as welders and cutting torches, to perform/verify necessary maintenance and repairs.
