Ohio Gratings, Inc. in Alliance, OH is seeking a Student Welder to provide hands-on welding and fabrication experience on the production floor. You will assist with layout, cutting, and welding of grating products under supervision, using MIG, TIG, and flux-core techniques as needed.
You will use the Epicor ERP system to track materials and time, perform quality inspections, and participate in training to advance welding skills while maintaining a safe, organized workstation.
