AVI Food systems is seeking an energetic Sous Chef for the University of Mount Union in Alliance, OH. This full-time role runs Tue-Fri 12:30 PM–8:30 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, reporting to the Executive Chef and coordinating with campus dining staff.
The ideal candidate has culinary leadership experience, a culinary degree preferred, and thrives in a fast-paced catering environment while delivering exceptional guest service.
