Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate are provided during the first 60 days of employment. Paid time off accrues each pay period, with at least 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum sick leave requirements are as required by applicable state law.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Additional online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment.
