This is a full-time, on‑site Sales Specialist role located in Alliance, OH. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and representing the company's products at meetings, trade shows, and industry events. The Sales Specialist will also work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive brand growth.
Qualifications- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand product features and articulate their value to customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software tools
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
- Experience in the outdoor living or construction industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and events
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
