Overview

PT Trainer role at National Fitness Partners. Part-time, hourly paid position. Starting at $13 per hour without certification or $14 per hour with certification. Tenure increases once certification is obtained.

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience and aiding in business operations.
• Engage with members to drive loyalty to PE@PF; be motivational, inspirational, and provide continuous encouragement.
• Foster team member understanding of the PE@PF program.
• Design individualized exercise programs based on each member's experience, medical background, and personal goals.
• Train Planet Fitness members during PE@PF small group training sessions.
• Inspect and maintain all equipment and report findings to the appropriate staff.
• Track and record PE@PF success metrics.
• Monitor primary workout areas to ensure members are using equipment safely and appropriately.
• Assist in providing a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

• Level 1 Trainer:
  Uncertified, actively working toward Certification.
• Level 2 Trainer:
  Certified with NCSF or other nationally accredited certification.
