Site Manager

Overview

Our client, an established contractor, is seeking a driven and experienced professional to oversee the successful delivery of a major construction and refurbishment scheme. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing works from initial mobilisation through to completion.

• Lead and supervise all on‑site activities to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site resources.
• Ensure programme milestones and budget objectives are achieved.
• Uphold health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the project.
• Monitor workmanship and compliance with technical specifications.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve site challenges to keep the project progressing smoothly.

• Strong track record in managing construction, fit‑out, refurbishment, or new‑build developments.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and site teams.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage project delivery effectively.
• Industry‑recognised certifications and training are advantageous.
