FTC Mobile Vending Operator - Route Relief

MISSION

The role is responsible for cleaning and restocking vending machines located at customer sites within a designated region, ensuring the optimal profitability of vending units and the best product choice and availability for consumers.

• Follows planned routes to designated locations based on machine performance and demand, maintaining effective contact with the Regional Manager and Customer Support helpdesks.
• Restocks and replenishes products, ensuring product availability and choice for consumers.
• Rectifies minor machine faults where possible, otherwise reports issues to the Customer Support helpdesk if needed.
• Keeps vending machines clean and well‑presented, ensuring that company procedures and standards are met and maintained.
• Ensures use of company vending management system to obtain and record accurate data.
• Is responsible for cash collection and handling procedures.
• Responsible for stock control in both the stock room and company van, ensuring inventory is accurate and stock rotation is followed.
• Ensures responsible driving of company vehicle, looking after cleanliness, general maintenance, and security of vehicle, cash and stock.
