Application Details

Job Description- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide construction and installation.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate site records including progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Support commissioning and handover processes in collaboration with the client and project team.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, escalating where necessary.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with vendors and supply chain to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Attend meetings, take and issue minutes and records, and liaise with the client as required.
- Familiarise and maintain the IMS relevant to the site works.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in industrial or process environments.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and health & safety regulations.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- CSCS card and relevant safety certifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid) are desirable.
