We are a growing landscaping company dedicated to delivering high-quality outdoor spaces for our residential and commercial clients.

We are now seeking a time-served Landscape Gardener / Landscaper with a solid portfolio of completed projects to join our skilled team of three.
Position OverviewAs an experienced member of our landscape crew, you will take a lead role in delivering all aspects of hard and soft landscaping work (excluding artificial grass), collaborating with your team to build beautiful, functional outdoor environments that impress our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will contribute to the building and installation of landscape projects, including but not limited to:
Hard Landscaping Elements- Decking – design, layout and installation
- Fencing – timber and structural installations
- Paving – interlock, slabs, natural stone, concrete & flagstone
- Retaining walls and seat walls
- Patios, walkways, and pathways
- Steps, borders, and gravel features
- Drainage systems and grading
- Hardwood and composite finishes
- Site excavation and preparation

Artificial/fake grass installation not included)
- Turfing – natural lawn installation & preparation
- Planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and garden beds
- Soil preparation, mulching, and composting
- Irrigation and moisture management assistance
- Seasonal planting and landscape maintenance
- Read and interpret landscape plans & specifications
- Manage own tools and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate effectively with crew members and supervisor
- Communicate professionally with clients on site
- Time-served professional with proven landscaping experience (minimum 3–5+ years preferred)
- Strong portfolio of completed projects in both hard and soft landscaping
- Excellent craftsmanship with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Familiar with industry tools (power tools, levels, compaction equipment, etc.)
- Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License (preferred but not required)
