Activ Immotreuhand AG in Allschwil sucht per Vereinbarung eine/n motivierte/n Sachbearbeiter/in Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung (50–60%). Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Mahnlauf erstellen und versenden, Bankabgleich, Unterstützung bei Heiz-/Nebenkostenabrechnungen sowie Jahresabschlüssen, Dokumentenmanagement und Inkasso.
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gute EDV-Kenntnisse und beherrschen Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
