Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung bei der administrativen und organisatorischen Abwicklung von Elektroprojekten. Dabei übernehmen Sie unter anderem die Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, technischen Unterlagen und Dokumentationen sowie die Koordination verschiedener Aufgaben im Projekt.
Ihre Aufgaben- Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Projektabwicklung
- Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und technischen Dokumentationen
- Administrative Unterstützung bei Elektroprojekten
- Koordination und Bearbeitung verschiedener Projektaufgaben
- Unterstützung bei Offerten, Ausmassen und Abrechnungen
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Stellen
- Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ
- Weiterbildung zum Teamleiter oder zertifizierten Sachbearbeiter Elektrotechnik von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung im Elektrobereich
- Gute technische und organisatorische Kenntnisse
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
