For our client in the Basel area, we are looking for a:
Project Manager Labeling (m/f/d)

• Planning, coordination and management of labeling projects in the context of clinical studies
• Alignment of all project‑relevant information with internal departments and external clients
• Creation, review and approval of label specifications, label proofs and printing documentation in internal systems
• Ensuring complete and well‑structured project documentation (filing, tracking, status reports)
• Monitoring of project milestones, timelines, capacities and critical paths
• Providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring the on‑time availability of all materials required for study start‑up
• Coordination of shipment activities with internal logistics
• Recording, processing and follow‑up of deviations within the quality management system
• Supporting other project managers and coaching Associate Project Managers
• Responsibility for quote evaluations and financial project forecasting
• Application of GMP and quality standards in all relevant areas

• Completed higher education or university degree, ideally in a scientific or health‑related field
• 2?3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, Med Tech, supply chain, clinical studies)
• Experience with technical documentation such as labels or packaging materials is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• Strong customer and service orientation combined with a structured, precise working style
• Outstanding communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and international clients
• Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with project management or CRM tools is desirable
• Initial experience in quality management (e.g., deviations, audits, GMP) is an advantage
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with internal systems and take on responsibility in a dynamic environment
