Business Consultant​/Airline & MRO​/EMEA;

To further drive our leading market position, we are expanding our EMEA Consulting Team searching for passionate professionals to help our customers bring AMOS’s cutting‑edge MRO capabilities (including Aviatar & flydocs) into real‑world operations.

Starting date: upon agreement

• Lead AMOS implementation projects across the customer lifecycle—from Kick‑Off through to Go‑Live.
• Define scope, create timelines, monitor progress, and manage stakeholder expectations with precision and composure.

• Collaborate hands‑on with clients to embed “best‑in‑class” AMOS‑powered MRO processes (including Aviatar & flydocs).
• Act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation—covering adoption improvements, mobility and paperless maintenance.
• Share your knowledge and experience with both customers and internal teams through workshops and continuous upskilling sessions.

• Proven experience managing digital implementation projects in airline or MRO environments, especially with AMOS.
• Deep, hands‑on understanding of AMOS at a Key‑User or Super‑User level.
• Expertise in scheduling, scoping, stakeholder management; PMP is a plus.
• Strong digital acumen: system configuration, mobility/mobile devices, API integrations, data analysis.
• Capabilities in assessing and mapping processes using methodologies like Lean, Value‑Chain, BPMN.

• Confident presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• A collaborative and communicative approach, capable of adapting within dynamic project settings.
• Fluent in English;
  German or other languages are a plus.
• Desire to travel internationally and able to relocate to the Basel area, Switzerland.
