Senior System Engineer​/Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior System Engineer / Architect to design, implement, and manage complex IT infrastructure and system architectures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security, and providing strategic direction for enterprise-level solutions.

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance system solutions.
• Lead infrastructure planning, deployment, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop system architecture documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee system integration across hardware, software, and network components.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Dev Ops, Security, and Development.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in system engineering, infrastructure architecture, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in system architecture design and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of virtualization, networking, storage, and security principles.
• Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Power Shell, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, VMware, TOGAF, ITIL).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
