Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for Office Administrator at our Alma Location.
Summary:
Answer phones, take appropriate information, and transfer to respective employees. Assist cash sales customers as needed through the day. Customer sales order setup, job cost, accounts receivable collections, invoice processing. Set up trucks with the correct billing and job information as needed. Assist other office staff with administrative tasks, answering phones, entering payroll, accounts payable, electric use, fuel use and other daily job cost items into the enterprise accounting system.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with and direct customers through our sales process. Answer phones. Accounts receivable calls Process invoices for payment as needed. Enter job cost components (fuel use, electric use, etc.) daily. Various administrative and office duties when needed.
Requirements:
Safety conscious, self-motivated, proficient communication skills, long-term career goals, exceptional work ethic Computer literate, familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook Experiance with Excel Pivot Table Able to communicate professionally with customers Able to learn the phone system and answer phones Attention to detail Professional appearance and the ability to adhere to a business casual dress code The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Experience dealing with customers and handling money Ability to learn new systems and processes as our business needs change Physical demands:
