You’ll play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the bank's mission forward.

• You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information
• Utilize your training to make impactful decisions that contribute to our reputation for excellence
• Handle incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner across channels (phone, email, messaging) and address inquiries effectively
• Verify transfers and payments, adhere to regulatory requirements and bank policies, and escalate as needed

Strong sales and customer service skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Excellent interpersonal abilities will enable you to build rapport and navigate conversations smoothly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Adaptability is key in a rapidly evolving environment. Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail help manage multiple tasks efficiently, especially in a fast-paced setting.

• A high school diploma or GED
• 1 - 3 years of customer service experience

• Experience with in the financial industry is preferred
• Experience working in a customer service center is preferred

Part-Time, 20-30 hours per week

Hours may vary within these time frames:

• Monday-Friday 7am-7pm
• Saturday 9am-1pm (Saturday Rotation)
