We’re hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Alma area. • Deliver personalized behavior intervention services
• Support children in learning daily living, communication, and social skills
• Collect and document behavior data accurately
• Collaborate with your clinical team and attend regular team meetings
• Help implement and refine treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: 1+ year of ABA experience preferred, or experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
• Passion: A strong desire to work with children and make a positive impact
• Training: Completion of a 40‑hour RBT course (required)
• Certification: Must pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire (we provide support)
• Other Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Background check

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, squat, or crawl for extended periods
• Comfortable working on the floor and actively engaging with children

• Competitive Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
