Behavior Technician

We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications and skills:

• Understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviors.
• Ability to navigate technology and apps to collect data and communicate with supervisors.
• Ability to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to accept feedback and improve skill sets.
• Willingness to travel to various locations within the employment area.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to uphold all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Proof of a negative TB test.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of auto insurance.
• Willingness to complete behavior modules and/or 40-hour in-house training through Mercy Plus.
• Transportation may be required for certain clients.

After the training week, you will be scheduled part-time based on your availability and client needs.
