Benchmark Almelo zoekt een ervaren Manufacturing Engineering Manager die een team van 15–20 Industrialisatie Engineers aanstuurt bij de introductie van complexe elektronica. Je fungeert als de verbindende schakel tussen engineering, process engineering, supply chain en productie en geeft richting aan de ontwikkeling van je team en de afdeling.
Daarnaast draag je bij aan koersbepaling, continue verbetering en leverage van processen zodat kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid gewaarborgd blijven.
