Als Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en verbeteren van de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met directie en management en fungeert als sparringpartner op financieel-strategisch niveau. Je combineert hands-on werkzaamheden met analytisch en adviserend werk.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Opstellen en analyseren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages
- Bewaken van budgetten, liquiditeit en financiële prognoses
- Verzorgen van jaarafsluitingen en contact met accountant
- Optimaliseren van financiële processen en interne controles
- Signaleren van financiële risico’s en kansen
- Ondersteunen bij contractering, tarieven en zorgfinanciering (o.a. Zvw/Wmo/Jeugdwet)
- Adviseren van directie en management bij strategische besluitvorming
