Purchaser ​/ Buyer

For decades, Ganzeboom has been a leading name in transmission technology. For our Purchasing Department, we are seeking an accurate and proactive Purchaser / Buyer who will ensure an optimal flow of parts to our workshop and warehouse.

In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and correct ordering of parts and materials. You will monitor stock levels, follow up on order statuses, and maintain contact with suppliers. Thanks to your dedication, parts will be available on time, allowing our technical teams to work efficiently.

• Ordering parts and components from permanent suppliers.
• Checking prices, delivery times, and order confirmations.
• Maintaining and monitoring inventory levels.
• Handling supplier warranties.
• Administrative processing of purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Managing backorders and rush deliveries.
• Coordination with the warehouse, workshop, and sales departments.

• Higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level (Bachelor's degree level), preferably in purchasing, logistics, or engineering/technology.
• Experience in a purchasing or ordering role, preferably within a technical environment.
• Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail.
• You are an effective communicator, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
