We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Outbound Sales Specialist to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry.
This role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development
, with an emphasis on generating and qualifying sales opportunities.
Work Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2 level &English: C1 level
Compensation: €1,400 gross/month
* 14 month+bonus+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)

Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

Your Responsibilities- Engage with prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails to generate and qualify sales leads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
- Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
- Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth.
- Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
- Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
- Dutch proficiency at C1 level
. - Business English proficiency at C1 level
. - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong accountability and motivation.
- Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
- €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months
- Quarterly performance bonus of up to 60% of one gross salary, with additional earning potential based on over achievement.
- Transportation bonus of up to €100 per month after training, based on eligible on-site working days.
