ClikQ zoekt een klantenservicemedewerker mondzorg in Almere. Je behandelt telefonisch en via chat klantvragen, geeft uitleg over het systeem en ondersteunt bij declaraties en contractvragen.
De werkomgeving is gericht op zorgfacturatie voor zorginstellingen. Je werkt volledig bij onze opdrachtgever met een jaarcontract dat kan doorstromen naar onbepaalde tijd. Thuiswerken is mogelijk na de inwerkperiode van drie maanden en er is laptop van de zaak.
