ROC van Amsterdam - Flevoland zoekt een Adviseur Onderwijs & Innovatie in Almere. In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen strategische doelstellingen en de uitvoering in het onderwijs. Je ondersteunt teams met circa 1000 studenten en 60 medewerkers en bevordert onderwijsinnovatie.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van onderwijscijfers en ontwikkelen van verbeteracties. Daarnaast werk je aan strategische samenwerkingen met regionale zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties en ondersteun je opleidingsmanagers in hun keuzes. De functie biedt ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en interessante arbeidsvoorwaarden.
