Een instelling voor geestelijke gezondheidszorg in Almere zoekt een ggz-agoog. In deze rol begeleid je volwassenen met complexe psychiatrische problematiek en zorg je voor herstelgerichte ondersteuning. Je werkt multidisciplinair, signaleert veranderingen en brengt structuur aan in het leven van cliënten. Met een hbo-opleiding en relevante ervaring ben je in staat om effectief samen te werken en ondersteuning te bieden in hun herstelproces.

Een uitdagende functie met ruimte voor ontwikkeling en een vast contract!
