Je levert persoonlijke zorg aan patiënten en hun familie in een vertrouwde thuisomgeving of hospice. Gewaardeerd worden motivatie, ervaring in de palliatieve zorg en diplomering als mbo verpleegkundige. Bij goede prestaties is er kans op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
