GGz Centraal zoekt een medewerker voor patiëntenactiviteiten in Almere die ouderen met psychiatrische problematiek ondersteunt. Je zorgt voor structuur en plezier gedurende de dag, begeleidt ontbijt en lunch en past diëten toe waar nodig, met aandacht voor autonomie.
Je creëert activiteiten die aansluiten bij herstel – variërend van creatieve bezigheden tot beweging en gezamenlijke maaltijden – en werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundigen en behandelaren.
