Leger des Heils in Almere zoekt een betrokken verpleegkundige voor specialistische verpleeghuiszorg. Je werkt met cliënten met langdurige gezondheidsproblemen in combinatie met psychiatrie, verslaving of gedragsproblematiek en levert maatwerk per cliënt.
Je coördineert dagelijkse zorg in een multidisciplinair team, gaat om met acute situaties en bouwt vertrouwen op met cliënten. Een BIG-registratie is vereist en je werkt in uren van 20 of 30 per week, met uitzicht op vast dienstverband.
