Medical Value Partner Cardiology & Critical Care – Roche Diagnostics Nederland

We seek an experienced Medical Affairs professional to lead the medical strategy for Cardiology and Critical Care in a multidisciplinary, agile team. The role focuses on evidence generation, translation of clinical evidence into practice, and stakeholder engagement to improve patient outcomes.

• Identify and create opportunities to improve patient care.
• Build and maintain stakeholder networks, including Key Opinion Leaders in cardiology, internal medicine, anesthesiology, patient associations, professional societies, and insurers.
• Generate clinical evidence in collaboration with physicians and researchers.
• Organize medical education.
• Act as subject‑matter expert and (sparring) partner for internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, creativity, proactive attitude.
• Experience with evidence generation, translating evidence into daily practice, value‑based care, medical or value‑driven projects, and development of targeted medical education.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; ability to connect and mobilise people.

• Relevant medical scientific education (MSc, MD, PharmD, PhD).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry.
