THIS IS YOU

You bring at least 2 years of Front Office leadership experience, ideally in a busy hotel environment in- or around Amsterdam

You are a strong people manager who knows how to coach, motivate, and empower your team.

You stay calm under pressure, tackle challenges with confidence, and turn stress into structure.

You bring a commercial mindset, using your creativity to help achieve revenue goals and improve the guest journey.

You lead by example, thrive in collaboration, and are always looking for ways to grow.

You speak English fluently;
Dutch is a plus.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you are the right hand of the Front Office Manager, taking ownership over the daily operation while helping shape a culture of service, growth, and performance excellence. You are hands-on, visible, and proactive - ensuring smooth check-ins, happy teams, and five-star service at all times.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Leading and coaching the Front Office team with energy and empathy.

Taking charge during shifts, making decisions, and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Turning guest feedback and operational insights into actions and improvements.

Driving commercial performance by upselling, optimizing procedures, and delivering wow moments.

Playing a key role in the training, onboarding, and development of your team.
