- Het verhelpen van verstoringen binnen de overeengekomen Service Level Agreements;
- Het verzorgen van dispatching en opvolging van tickets;
- Het controleren op autorisaties met betrekking tot het uitdelen van rechten;
- Het onderhouden van klantcontact, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail;
- Het analyseren van de klantvraag;
- Het bewaken van de voortgang van changes en incidenten;
- Het fungeren als de eerste hulplijn bij storingsdienst;
- Het verantwoordelijk zijn voor de uitvoering van het gehele troubleshooting proces
