Zenda zoekt een Meewerkend Voorman IT Servicedesk (Medior/Senior) voor Almere. Je draait mee in de IT servicedesk en bewaart het overzicht, coacht collega’s en tilt processen naar een hoger niveau.
Je hebt minimaal een MBO-4 en 4 jaar ervaring in IT Servicedesk, ITIL-kennis en sterke communicatie. Een leaseauto, certificeringen en een prettige werksfeer maken onderdeel uit van het pakket.
