SRS is op zoek naar een Software Support Specialist die cliënten ondersteunt bij het gebruik van onze applicaties en problemsolving biedt. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, leveranciers en ontwikkelaars en helpt bij het verbeteren van gebruiksvriendelijkheid.
In de startperiode krijg je begeleiding van ervaren collega's en leer je onze processen en oplossingen grondig kennen. Je onderhoudt klantrelaties en werkt mee aan lange termijn groei binnen het bedrijf.
