Henry Schein zoekt een technisch support specialist voor de Nederlandse markt. Je verzorgt stille en telefonische technische support aan klanten, met focus op tandheelkundige software en hardware. Je werkt met SAP en Office-applicaties en coördineert storingswerk met een team van servicetechnici.
Je hebt een mbo-opleiding Techniek/IT en 3–5 jaar relevante ervaring. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel en je werkt nauwkeurig en klantgericht om storingen te verhelpen.
