For an internationally operating organisation, we are looking for a Medior to Senior Supply Chain Specialist. In this position, you play a key role in ensuring product availability, enhancing processes, and supporting growth within a dynamic supply chain environment. The organisation is growing rapidly, operates internationally, and has an informal, accessible culture with a strong sense of family. English is the day-to-day working language;
other languages are welcome but not required.
As Supply Chain Specialist, you act as the connecting link between demand, inventory, and delivery. You create clarity, spot bottlenecks, and help drive the organisation forward using data and insight.
What You Will Do- Translate commercial input and market information into dependable plans
- Maintain balance between customer demand, available capacity, and inventory
- Analyse data to detect trends, deviations, and potential risks at an early stage
- Support ordering processes and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Actively monitor inventory developments and lead times
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, systems, and collaboration
- Contribute to projects focused on growth, optimisation, and change
- Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making

Procedures are not always predefined — you will have the freedom to create structure and suggest improvements.
We are searching for someone who enjoys collaboration and can also work very independently.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level education (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or similar)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations
- You work independently, take initiative, and act responsibly
- Strong in data analysis and experienced with systems (SAP, Excel, etc.)
- Comfortable communicating with multiple departments
- English is your primary working language (Dutch and other languages are welcome)
- International team of approximately 10 colleagues

- Salary from €4,800 gross per month (with potential to grow)
- Flexible start times (between 07:00 and 10:00)

- One-year contract with potential extension or permanent contract
