Relevant education or experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
Experience with purchase orders, supplier invoices and supply chain administration
Accurate and structured working style
Affinity with logistics, transport and customs processes
Good command of the English language

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to support the Parts Office of an international organisation operating in the marine sector. In this temporary role, you’ll contribute to the smooth running of daily supply chain and logistics operations during a period of increased workload.
You’ll work in an international environment where cooperation, accuracy and a hands‑on mindset are essential. It’s a role where you quickly become part of the team and support the operation across logistics, suppliers and internal departments.
What you’ll be doing :- Support inbound and warehouse‑related supply chain activities
- Process purchase orders and check supplier invoices for accuracy
- Coordinate logistics and transport activities, including customs‑related documentation
- Monitor shipments and help resolve discrepancies in inventory or deliveries
- Support administrative supply chain processes and maintain accurate system records
