Brand & Campaign Executive (Marketeer) | Almere – Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Benefits | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract About the Role

At Greetz, we help people create meaningful moments of connection. As our Brand & Campaign Executive (Marketeer), you’ll play a key role in bringing that mission to life through creative, customer-focused campaigns that strengthen our brand and support commercial growth.

You’ll lead the development and delivery of key seasonal and commercial campaigns, working closely with teams across the business to create engaging experiences that resonate with customers. Combining creativity with strong organisational skills and an understanding of e-commerce and online marketing, you’ll help deliver campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to creative brainstorms and concept development for marketing campaigns
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution (large and small), from concept through to post-campaign evaluation
  • Develop and deliver clear internal and external briefs for cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and consistent in tone of voice across channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. CRM, performance marketing, design) to deliver campaigns on time and in full
  • Monitor campaign performance against predefined KPIs and identify actionable opportunities for optimization
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management, branding, marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Creative mindset combined with a structured and organised approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Experience working for an established Dutch brand is a plus
  • Knowledge of ATL campaigns and media buying would be beneficial
