SIGRA zoekt een Verpleegkundig Specialist voor de polikliniek Reumatologie in Almere. Je voert zelfstandig spreekuren uit, beoordeelt en behandelt patiënten binnen jouw deskundigheidsgebied en bewaakt ziekteactiviteit en medicatie.
Je begeleidt patiënten met chronische reumatische aandoeningen, geeft voorlichting en coacht hen in het omgaan met hun aandoening; je werkt nauw samen met reumatologen en het zorgteam om de zorg continu te verbeteren.
